I usually use picasa to upload my images, but for some reason any 'machine play' does not appear when I insert the retention card. Whatsoever advice?

When you use picasa to upload my images I usuall just put the memory carte in the Tower, AutoPlay appears and so I tin can view, download, etc... Merely now the auto dish doesn't appear so that I can tdoen load ane of my images from picasa. Can someone help me with this? Thank you
